Building Approval Plans

Building plan approval is the process of obtaining permission from the authorities to construct a building or make any alterations to an existing building. Approved Building Plans means the final construction plans/documents that have been approved by the local governing body that will be utilized for the construction of the Project.

An approval process is, in short, the way you get project stakeholders to approve your project plan and have their expectations included in your project scope. It’s a series of meetings and discussions where you get stakeholders to discuss schedules, budgets, and other project deliverables.
